Due to the nature of our digital products and professional compliance services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please note that Compliance Advisory Services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Once payment is submitted, our Compliance Advisor begins reviewing your matter and preparing a response tailored to your specific needs. As this work is initiated immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds for these services.

We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

No refunds will be issued for:

• Digital downloads or policy templates

• Subscription charges if the 24-hour cancellation notice was not met
