Michelle Jordan, Privacy Compliance Officer & Director of Compliance Advisory

With a Master of Jurisprudence from Seton Hall Law School focused on Financial Regulations, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Law, Michelle brings a deep foundation in corporate governance, compliance, enforcement, and risk management. Michelle’s career spans the full lifecycle of regulated operations. She began in commercial banking, where she developed a strong foundation in financial services, customer due diligence, and frontline regulatory compliance. She later expanded into real estate brokerage and management, advising on advertising compliance, cybersecurity safeguards, and the secure handling of financial and consumer data. Her work evolved into full‑scale compliance consulting, supporting community banks, fintechs, SaaS platforms, real estate firms, e‑commerce companies, and other regulated businesses.

Michelle is also an experienced educator and trainer, having delivered privacy and cybersecurity training for bank executives, created continuing‑education courses approved by the NY Department of State, and authored published articles on privacy compliance and data security. Her approach blends regulatory fluency with operational practicality, helping organizations strengthen their privacy posture, reduce regulatory exposure, and build trust with customers, partners, and regulators.
